Delivery
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated to be around 4–6 business days.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Most orders are fulfilled within the USA.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@fatstallionfit.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept most exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is still in like-new condition and hasn't been visibly worn. Please note that return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Once you've shipped your return items, please confirm with us via email. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns outside of 30 days of when your order was received.
To start a return, please contact us at support@fatstallionfit.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that were purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for returns, but exchanges may be accepted on a case by case basis. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the cost of shipping and the greater of a $5 or 10% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
